Dear Friends,

I’d like to inform you that:

• in order to be eligible for reduced parking fees and admission charges to museums and places of interest on the excursions during your stay in Italy, we need to have a list of all participants on headed note-paper from your school   ( this must be a school, and not a sports club or cultural association etc)
• As you might already know, our Festival will be 26 years old in 2010.  We would therefore be very grateful if each group could prepare something special for the evening entertainment sessions – something not included in your normal repertory.  Our evening entertainment programme consists of: a disco ( you are invited to bring CDs of music from your country  which you consider to be suitable), a pyjama party, a fashion show,  Miss and Mr ( a sort of talent show  in which individuals perform something from outside the group’s official reparatory).
• Last, but not least, I’d like to remind you of the duty list  which is an essential part of the Festival programme.
